- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca starch, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add melted coconut oil or olive oil, almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
