- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (14 ounce) packages sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and coconut until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon or a star-tip pastry bag, place heaping scoops of mixture onto a Silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Dip the bottoms into melted chocolate, if desired.
