Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce.
