Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes 2 cups stuffing 1 cup shredded turkey 1/4 cup minced onion 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce.
