Flour tortillas are filled with cream cheese and a cinnamon-sugar mixture, then fried. Cream Cheese Bunuelos Flautas are then rolled in cinnamon-sugar, and chocolate and caramel syrups are drizzled over them.

We use a flat, round cast iron skillet (comal) to make these. These tortillas are so soft, they will almosts melt in your mouth! Yummy!
