Fabulous Hot Fudge Sauce
Perfect for hot fudge sundaes, this keeps well in the refrigerator. Hot Fudge Sauce is delicious served over ice cream, hot or cold. It can also be drizzled over individual servings of cheesecake, etc. Another way I like to use it is for dipping churros while the churros are hot.

Chocolate Covered Cherries
If you store these, they will make the juice around the cherry, just like the ones you buy in the store. These can also be made using your own homemade Maraschino Cherries.

Double Decker Fudge
Chocolate fudge on the bottom and peanut butter fudge on the top. This is truly a marriage made in heaven.

Cannoli
Cannoli were my favorite Italian bakery dessert in Chicago during the Lenten season. Cannoli are cheese stuffed pastries.

Bourbon Balls
A favorite of ours at holiday time! These bourbon balls will keep for a long time, and they only get better with age.

Mexican Cocoa
This is the traditional accompaniment for sweet tamales, such as our Pineapple Tamales or Strawberry Tamales.
