Taco Spaghetti Skillet
Taco Spaghetti Skillet has all the flavor of tacos made in one pan using ground beef, zesty tomatoes and pasta, topped with cheese, sour cream, and green onion.

Use any pasta desired. Just make sure to adjust the cooking time to ensure the pasta is done.

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef (95% lean) or ground turkey
1/2 cup diced onions
1 (1.5 ounce) envelope mild taco seasoning mix or homemade Taco Seasoning
1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel®, undrained
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
2 1/2 cups water
8 ounces dry spaghetti
1 cup shredded fiesta cheese (optional)
6 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
Green onion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook beef or turkey and onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- Add taco seasoning, Ro*Tel, garlic powder and water; stir to combine.
- Add spaghetti; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Top each serving with fiesta cheese, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and green onion if desired.
