Sugared Smokies
Sugared Smokies are a snack made from small sausage links that are coated in a sweet glaze or sugar coating. They are prepared by wrapping mini sausages with bacon, then coating with a sugary mixture, then baking. They can be served as appetizers, party snacks or holiday treats.

Basic preparation steps
- Wrap small sausages with strips of bacon.
- Secure with wooden picks if needed.
- Mix brown sugar with melted butter.
- Dip or sprinkle the bacon-wrapped smokies with the sugar-butter mixture.
- Bake until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
Another appetizer we love is Deep Fried Mushrooms.
