Ingredients

3 cups figs, quartered and stemmed 2 cups granulated sugar 1/2 lemon, sliced 2 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry Jell-O 1/8 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan and bring to full boil. Continue to let boil for 25 minutes.
  2. Pour into hot jars and seal.
