Strawberry Butter

This is great to spread on hot biscuits, banana bread, toast, pancakes, waffles or muffins.

Ingredients

1/2 cup strawberry purée (from 12 medium strawberries)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Purée strawberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. Mix in honey and lemon juice.
  3. Whip strawberry mixture with butter.
