Southern Grape Salad

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 pounds white, seedless grapes 2 pounds red, seedless grapes 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional) 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla extract until well blended.
  2. Fold in grapes and place in a container with a lid.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and pecans together and sprinkle over the salad or, if not using brown sugar, just sprinkle the pecans over the salad.
  4. Chill overnight.
