Ingredients
1 cup sourdough starter (active or discard)
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and knead for 2 to 3 minutes in mixer using the dough hook. Alternatively, you can knead by hand for 5 minutes until the dough is elastic.
- Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and ferment at room temperature for 12 to 24 hrs.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces.
- Roll each piece out to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cook for about 30 seconds on each side.
