Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter (unsalted (room temperature))
  • 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Blend ingredients to make a soft dough.
  3. Pat into a 9- or 10-inch tart or pie pan.
  4. Prick crust well with fork.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
