Ingredients
- 12 regular size Reese’s peanut butter cups
- 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 Graham cracker crust (store bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Mix the first seven ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer until blended.
- Pour into the Graham cracker crust, then freeze for two hours.
- After two hours, remove the cheesecake to the refrigerator.
