  • Cuisine: American

Ingredients

Units Scale
15 saltine crackers 1 cup dry parsley 1/2 cup dry minced onion 2 tablespoons thyme 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Whirl all ingredients in a blender until crumbs are very small.
  2. Store in an airtight container. It will keep for 1 year.

Notes

To make Ranch Dressing: Combine 1 tablespoon seasoning mix with 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup whole milk. Whisk to combine and refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes. Stir when ready to use.

To make Ranch Dip: Combine 2 tablespoons seasoning mix with 16 ounces sour cream. If time (and for the best flavor) refrigerate, covered, 1 hour before serving. Stir before serving.

A couple of the heavier ingredients tend to drift to the bottom of the container, so shake it well before using.
