- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, and set temperature to LOW. Allow to cook until thickened, approximately 8 to10 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon pumpkin butter into jars and let cool completely in the refrigerator before using.
Notes
Pumpkin butter may be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Brown sugar gives it a more in-depth flavor, but an equal amount of granulated sugar may be substituted.
