Pasta Fagioli
Pasta Fagioli (Pasta and Beans) is a hearty Italian soup made with ground beef, pasta, vegetables, tomatoes and beans.

This is a traditional Italian soup that combines pasta and beans, flavored with garlic, onions, tomatoes, and herbs. The dish varies by region and family, with some versions being thinner while others are thicker and more stew-like. Made with small pasta shapes like ditalini or elbow macaroni, it’s a hearty, comforting meal usually served with grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
