The Kentucky Hot Brown, an open-face sandwich, originated at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, early in the 1900s. There are as many versions of the dish as there are cooks who make it. This is my favorite as it uses both turkey and ham.

Your cakes and cupcakes will release from the fanciest pans without leaving any flour residue when you use this Pan Release. They will come out "pretty as a picture!" This also works well for loaf pans when baking bread. It makes pan cleanup much easier!
