Mozzarella Sticks
Mozzarella Sticks have been a popular appetizer in restaurants for years. If people only knew how easy they are to make!

Mozzarella Sticks are loved for their crispy exterior and gooey, melted cheese interior. They are served hot, often accompanied by dipping sauces such as marinara, Ranch or garlic sauce. They are found at casual restaurants, pubs and parties. Making thisat home involves coating cheese sticks with seasoned bread crumbs, frying until golden brown, and serving immediately for the best gooey texture.

Now, how about a variation?
Barbecue Bacon Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks
Have ready one slice of bacon for each mozzarella strip and 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce.
After coating with the bread crumbs, Wrap one slice of bacon tightly around each mozzarella stick, and secure with toothpicks. Brush with barbecue sauce.
Proceed with the cooking.
There is no need to serve with spaghetti sauce as the bacon has already been brushed with barbecue sauce. You can, however, serve with extra barbecue sauce for dipping, if desired.
