Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 medium bananas (mashed)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add bananas.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes longer.
