  • Yield: 25 pieces 1x

  • Method: Stovetop

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups (7 ounce jar) Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Milnot

Instructions

  1. Butter an 8 or 9 inch pan.*
  2. Mix peanut butter and Marshmallow Creme until blended well.
  3. Bring sugar and Milnot to the hard boil stage (232 degrees F).
  4. Pour into bowl with peanut butter/Marshmallow Creme mixture, and mix well.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan.

Notes

Alternative pan preparation for fudge: Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the width of the pan, leaving enough length to extend over two opposite sides of the pan. This will be the handles to easily remove the fudge after it has set. Spray the parchment with butter cooking spray. After the fudge has set, use the parchment handles to pull the fudge out of the pan and then just peel it away from the fudge. We do not recommend using aluminum foil, as aluminum leaches into food.
