Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
Mexican Shrimp Cocktail, known as “Cóctel de Camarones,” is a flavorful and refreshing seafood dish popular in Mexico and the Southwestern United States. It features tender cooked shrimp combined with a tangy, spicy tomato-based sauce infused with lime juice, orange juice, tomato juice and a touch of hot sauce.

The cocktail is served chilled in a glass, and is garnished with diced onions, celery, cilantro, cucumber, avocado and jalapeños. It’s a vibrant, zesty appetizer that balances the sweetness of shrimp with the acidic and spicy sauce.
