Ingredients

10 baked potato skin halves empty of potato
1 tablespoon melted butter
Seasoned salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fried bacon, diced and crispy fried (about 5 strips)
1 green onion, diced
Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brush potato shells with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt to taste.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp but not dry and hard.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and green onion.
  5. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with sour cream, Ranch dressing or whatever else you prefer.
