Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 17 ounces creamed corn
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish or equivalent.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and pepper with a fork.
  3. Add both creamed and whole kernel corn.
  4. Put cornstarch in creamed corn can; fill with milk and stir to dissolve. Add to corn mixture.
  5. Stir in melted butter.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for one hour or until set.
