Ingredients

Regular

  • 16 ounces ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon rubbed dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent (optional as it is MSG)

Hot

  • 16 ounces ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon rubbed dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent (optional as it is MSG)

Maple

  • 16 ounces ground pork
  • 3 tablespoons maple-flavored syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent (optional as it is MSG)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients for the flavor of your choice.
  2. Shape into patties and fry.

Notes

You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for the pork.
