Impossible Egg Custard Pie

An impossible egg custard pie, often referred to as “impossible pie,” is a delicious dessert that has a unique texture and flavor profile. The charm of this pie lies in its ability to create a crust while baking without actually needing one. The ingredients come together to form a custard filling that cooks through and creates a layer that resembles a pie crust.
