These pork ribs are definitely not for timid eaters, but they have just the right amount of heat for those who like it!

Ingredients

Rub
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Ribs
  • 4 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup honey barbecue sauce

Instructions

Rub

  1. Mix Rub ingredients together and rub on ribs.

Ribs

  1. Heat grill to low-medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix hot sauce and honey barbecue sauce together.
  3. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place on upper rack of the grill and cook for 2 hours.
  4. Uncover ribs and baste with Hot Honey Barbecue Sauce mixture and let cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Baste ribs again with sauce and move to direct heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
