Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup honey barbecue sauce
Instructions
Rub
- Mix Rub ingredients together and rub on ribs.
Ribs
- Heat grill to low-medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix hot sauce and honey barbecue sauce together.
- Wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place on upper rack of the grill and cook for 2 hours.
- Uncover ribs and baste with Hot Honey Barbecue Sauce mixture and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Baste ribs again with sauce and move to direct heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
