- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract and softened butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing until just combined.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Melt the butter and stir into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared dish. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add the remaining batter on top and gently smooth it out.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Mix confectioners’ sugar, honey and enough milk to reach the desired consistency. Drizzle over the warm cake.
- Let the cake cool slightly before slicing.
