Tips for Making Herbed Lasagna Chips
- Use Firm Lasagna Noodles: Choose dry, uncooked lasagna noodles that are firm and not pre-cooked. Break or cut them into chip-sized pieces before baking.
- Cut Evenly: Slice the noodles into uniform pieces to ensure even baking and crispiness.
- Pre-Soak or Season: Lightly brush or spray the chips with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with herbes like oregano, basil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for flavor.
- Bake at the Right Temperature: Bake at around 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until golden and crispy. Keep an eye on the chips to prevent burning.
- Use Parchment Paper: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Cool Before Serving: Let the chips cool on a wire rack for a few minutes to crisp up further.
