Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Gorgonzola cream sauce originates from Italy, specifically from the Lombardy and Piedmont regions in the north, where Gorgonzola cheese is traditionally made. Gorgonzola is one of the world’s oldest blue-veined cheeses, with production dating back over a thousand years.

Use it for

Pasta – Toss it with fettuccine, gnocchi, or penne for a decadent meal.

Steak – Serve it over grilled or pan-seared steak for a bold, creamy topping.

Chicken – Drizzle over baked or pan-fried chicken breasts or thighs.

Pork – Pairs beautifully with roasted pork tenderloin or chops.

Vegetables – Pour it over roasted Brussels sprouts, broccoli or cauliflower.
