Georgia Peach Caprese
Georgia Peach Caprese is a delightful variation of the classic Italian salad, Caprese. Instead of using tomatoes, fresh peaches are used to add a sweet and juicy flavor. The salad features slices of ripe peaches layered with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and olive oil. It’s a fresh, sweet and savory dish that’s perfect for summer and pairs well with light wines or sparkling drinks.
