Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and drained
Rosemary (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Melt butter; stir in parsley, garlic, hot pepper sauce and salt. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium flame.
- Add wine; heat through.
- Thread shrimp on skewers.
- Grill over flame at medium to high setting for 12 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with butter mixture.
- Garnish with rosemary before serving, if desired.
