A potpourri of great flavors makes Garlic-Buttered Grilled Shrimp the perfect appetizer shrimp.

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3 drops hot pepper sauce 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt 3 tablespoons dry white wine 1 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and drained Rosemary (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter; stir in parsley, garlic, hot pepper sauce and salt. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium flame.
  2. Add wine; heat through.
  3. Thread shrimp on skewers.
  4. Grill over flame at medium to high setting for 12 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with butter mixture.
  5. Garnish with rosemary before serving, if desired.
