Alternative Cheesecake Toppings
Cranberry Sauce
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
Red paste food coloring (optional)

Pineapple Sauce
1 ( 20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Add all the ingredients together in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes, until thickened.
Peanut Butter Sauce
Combine peanut butter with honey or corn syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Let cool slightly before adding to top of cheesecake.
