- 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup onion sour cream dip
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms in butter until dark.
- Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Notes
You can substitute chicken or vegetable broth for the red wine.
