- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can canneloni beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, undrained
- 1 (10-ounce) can Ro*Tel tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and deveined
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Add chicken to the slow cooker first. Add remaining ingredients except the cream cheese, on top of the chicken. Mix it up well.
- Add cream cheese to the top.
- Cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, then stir and shred the chicken before serving.
