2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 cup sliced button mushrooms (optional)
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Seasoning
12 ounces penne or rotini pasta, cooked
Instructions
- Place chicken and mushrooms (if using) in slow cooker.
- In mixing bowl add cream cheese, chicken soup and contents of seasoning packet.
- Pour sauce over chicken and gently mix well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours. Mix halfway through cooking to incorporate the cream cheese.
- At the end of cooking time, pour hot cooked pasta into slow cooker. Stir to combine.
