Ingredients

- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 tablespoon cream creese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, if needed
Instructions
- Peel eggs; slice in half and put yolks in a bowl. Mash the yolks. Chop the whites and add to the bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, sweet pickle relish, green onion (if using), Dijon mustard and pepper. Combine well.
- Taste filling to see if any salt is needed.
