Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon cream creese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, if needed

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs; slice in half and put yolks in a bowl. Mash the yolks. Chop the whites and add to the bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, sweet pickle relish, green onion (if using), Dijon mustard and pepper. Combine well.
  3. Taste filling to see if any salt is needed.
