- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 package imitation crab meat, roughly chopped
- Kosher or sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 24 large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, ginger green onions, bread crumbs and crab together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray, and push in 1 wonton wrapper to form a 4 cornered cup (edges will be above the top of the muffin pan). Add a small teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture into cup and top with 1 shrimp and a small pinch of shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven when cream cheese mixture has melted and wonton wrapper has slightly browned.
