Ingredients

  • Soft flour tortillas
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Cinnamon-Sugar mixture
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Caramel syrup
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread the cream cheese across the entire flour tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle liberally with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Roll flautas up.
  4. Fry in oil until they are a light brown color and crispy.
  5. Place on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet to drain and cool just a bit.
  6. Roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. To serve, place two warm flautas on a dessert plate.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel syrup.
  9. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the top if desired.
