Ingredients

3 cups Original Bisquick mix or homemade Biscuit Baking Mix 1 pound bulk pork sausage 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of a 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan.
  2. Stir together all ingredients except barbecue sauce or chili sauce. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
  4. Immediately remove from pan.
  5. Serve warm with desired sauce for dipping.

Notes

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft) Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Decrease Bisquick to 2 1/2 cups; stir in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
