Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll out leftover pie dough into long a rectangle.
- Butter liberally on the side facing up until fully covered.
- Sprinkle the buttered dough generously with sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
- Starting at the longest edge of the pie dough, roll up. Slice into pinwheels about 3/4 inch wide.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 16 minutes, or until no longer raw.
