1 cup granulated sugar

3 heaping tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons Hershey’s cocoa

2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients well in a small saucepan. Add water. Bring to a boil. Boil until thick.
2. Serve over warm biscuits.
