- 1 pound lean boneless chicken or pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Slice pork or chicken across grain into 1/8 inch strips. Marinate in garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes or longer.
- Heat cast iron skillet until hot. Add the vegetable oil, meat, onion and bell pepper. Saute until tender.
- Serve with warm tortillas and toppings.
