Kathryn’s Lasagna Soup
My sister Kathryn saw this served in a restaurant in Muscatine, Iowa. It looked soooo good. She combined several recipes to create this. It has become a favorite in our family.

Hominy Chili
Hominy Chili uses high protein, high fiber, gluten-free TVP, essentially making this a meatless chili. TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein. I think I’m the only one in our family who can’t tell much difference between using this and real beef.
