    Bubble and Squeak

Bubble and Squeak is a traditional English dish made with the leftover vegetables from a dinner. Carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts, or any other leftover vegetables may be added. It bubbles and squeaks as it is cooking! It is served as a breakfast dish. Howard Hillman classes this as one of the “great peasant dishes of the world.” In place of the bacon, you can used cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage.

    Yorkshire Pudding

    Yorkshire Pudding

Yorkshire Pudding is properly served with rare roast beef. It can also be used as a hot dessert and served with warm maple syrup. This must be eaten as soon as it is removed from the oven while crisp. We always serve Yorkshire Pudding with this magnificent recipe for Linda’s Prime Rib.
