Side Dish
A side dish is a food item that accompanies the main course of a meal. It is typically served alongside the primary dish and complements its flavors, textures, and overall presentation. Side dishes can vary widely in type and preparation, ranging from vegetables, salads, and grains to potatoes, pasta, and breads. Examples include mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, rice and coleslaw.

Stir Fried Glass Noodles (Japchae)
Japchae is a combination of noodles and an assortment of vegetables. Sometimes 1 cup of leftover meat is added for protein. Sweet potato noodles are sold at Asian markets. If you can’t find them, substitute the fattest mung bean/cellophane noodles available and follow the package directions to cook.
