Barbecue Chicken Legs
Dark chicken meat is the juiciest, and these air-fried legs are no exception. A quick, easy dinner for your family!

This recipe is also excellent for chicken thighs. Simply cook skin side up for the first cooking. I add 3 minutes cooking time to each of the cooking times (a total of 9 minutes added).

- Rub avocado oil or olive oil onto the legs so that the seasonings adhere.
- Mix all the seasonings with the soy sauce, then rub onto the legs. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
- Place in air fryer and cook for 18 minutes at 360 degrees F.
- Turn legs over, and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Add the barbecue sauce to the tops of the legs, and cook for another 3 minutes.
