This recipe is also excellent for chicken thighs. Simply cook skin side up for the first cooking. I add 3 minutes cooking time to each of the cooking times (a total of 9 minutes added).

Ingredients

4 chicken legs 2 teaspoons avocado oil or olive oil 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 2 teaspoons soy sauce 4 teaspoons barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Rub avocado oil or olive oil onto the legs so that the seasonings adhere.
  2. Mix all the seasonings with the soy sauce, then rub onto the legs. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
  3.   Place in air fryer and cook for 18 minutes at 360 degrees F.
  4.   Turn legs over, and cook for another 6 minutes.
  5.   Add the barbecue sauce to the tops of the legs, and cook for another 3 minutes.
