Arizona Sun Tea

Making homemade Arizona sun tea is a fun and easy way to enjoy a refreshing drink with minimal effort.

In Arizona, where the sun is strong and consistent, this method is very popular.

Arizona Sun Tea

We like to make sun tea one gallon at a time. We use the 1-gallon Mason jar with a bail so that it can be picked up easily. In fact, we have two of these jars so that we never run out of tea.

Flavor Ideas for Iced Tea

  • Lemon Tea: Add fresh lemon juice and slices.

  • Peach Tea: Steep peach slices with the tea after brewing.

  • Green Tea + Honey: Use green tea bags and stir in honey.

  • Arnold Palmer: Mix with lemonade (50/50) after brewing.
