- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup light Karo syrup
- 3 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray Pam over it.
- Combine sugar, Karo syrup, pecans and water in a saucepan. Boil to the hard-crack stage.
- Remove from heat and immediately add the baking soda. Stir furiously! Pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Let cool, then crack into pieces.
