This is a simple recipe for the summertime heat using Greek yogurt, fruit cocktail and walnuts. It’s light and refreshing too.
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/8 cup raisins (optional)
1 can or jar fruit cocktail (drained well)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or nuts you prefer)
Granola (optional)
Mix all ingredients together, then chill.
Top with granola to serve, if desired.
If desired, this fruit salad may be made with fresh fruit, cut in bite-size pieces.
