2 (14 ounce) packages sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and coconut until well combined.
Using a tablespoon or a star-tip pastry bag, place heaping scoops of mixture onto a Silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Let cool before serving.
